5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages and paytable information are available within each individual game interface. bd331 does not modify game outcomes; all results are determined by the relevant provider's certified systems.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
bd331 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in cases where a member has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other members.
Any member may request closure of their bd331 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any available balance in the account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations attached to the account.
Where bd331 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. bd331's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. bd331 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from use of the platform. Past results on any game or betting market are not indicative of future results. Only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
11. Privacy and Data
